A mood-lifting and joyous essential oil! It has a fresh and comfortable citrus scent, light but with strong penetrative power. Since the Renaissance, it has been a detox secret in the hands of many pharmacists, with purifying effects and so-called "penetration enhancers." Adding it to any aromatherapy formula can promote the absorption of other ingredients and strengthen synergistic effects. 

 

Indications: Liver protection, stress relief, anti-depression, antioxidant, antiviral.

Other indications: Indigestion, antiemetics, nausea, gastric reflux, oral hygiene, weight loss, tension balancing, and fatigue elimination.

 

Beauty, Health, and Home Care: 

Activates liver function, detoxifies, boosts immunity, and enhances organ function. It sharpens the mind, prevents dementia, aids digestion, and relieves appetite disorders. It also suppresses appetite, stimulates the sympathetic nervous system, and aids in detoxifying the body, increasing fat metabolism. Adding it to toothpaste addresses oral issues. After infection, it combats fatigue, improving mood and alertness. It purifies the environment, removes odours, and is suitable for cleaning products.

 

Recommended usage:

The only essential oil that pregnant or lactating mothers can use from the beginning of pregnancy (especially when combating nausea), but long-term use is not recommended. If necessary, it is recommended to use it for 3 weeks every month.

 

Aromatherapy: Inhale 3-5 drops each time. 3-5 times a week.

-For adults: Diffuse for 20 minutes per hour.

-For children (over 6 years old): Diffuse for 5 minutes per hour.

-For children (under 6 years old): Pre-diffuse for 5 minutes per hour when the child is not present. For children over 3 years old, only use a water oxygen machine for diffusion.

 

Inhalation: Apply pure essential oil to a handkerchief or heat inhaler stick.

 

Massage: 2-5 drops, diluted in plant oil with a maximum concentration of 10%, applied 3 times daily.

 

Caution: Pay attention to photosensitivity. Do not expose the applied area to sunlight within 12 hours. Do not directly use pure essential oil, be sure to dilute it.

建议这样用：

唯一孕妇或哺乳母亲可以从怀孕开始使用的精油（尤其是用吸闻以对抗恶心想吐），但不建议长期使用。若需要，建议每个月使用3周。

熏香: 每次3-5滴熏香。每周3-5次。

  成人：每小时扩香20分钟

  6岁以上儿童：每小时扩香5分钟

          6岁以下儿童：当孩子不在场时，每小时预先扩香5分钟

          3岁以上，仅用水氧机扩香

 

吸闻: 将纯精油沾在手帕或地热吸闻棒。

 

按摩: 2- 5滴，稀释在植物油最高浓度为10%，每日涂抹3次。

 

注意: 留意光敏感性，涂抹后的12小时内，勿将涂抹部位曝晒。

勿直接使用纯精油，务必稀释。
