The fragrance of True Lavender is gentle and tranquil, with a diverse composition that is more refined and rich in layers compared to other lavender varieties. The small blue-purple flowers are a remedy for purifying the mind and soothing the wounded soul. The original meaning of the word Lavender is "to wash."

- Adults: Diffuse for 15 minutes every hour.
- Children (6 years and above): Diffuse for 5 minutes every hour.
- Children (under 6 years): Pre-diffuse for 5 minutes every hour when the child is not present.
Inhalation: Apply 2 drops of essential oil on a handkerchief or pillow.
Massage:
- Adults: Use 2-5 drops of pure essential oil or diluted in carrier oil, apply three times a day.
- Children (6 years and above): Use 1-2 drops of pure essential oil or diluted in carrier oil, apply three times a day.
- Children (30 months and above): Unless there is a history of cramping, use a dilution of < 50% in carrier oil. Apply to the soles of the feet.
